Choosing Your Suitcase

Which size should I choose?

Choose based on your trip length and packing style. Our 20-inch size is ideal for weekends and 1–3 nights, the 24-inch size suits trips of around one week, and the 26-inch size offers extra room for extended travel. See the size guide on each product page for full dimensions, weight, and capacity.

Will the 20-inch suitcase work as a carry-on?

Our 20-inch suitcase is designed to be carry-on-friendly. However, airline cabin-bag limits vary by airline, route, and ticket type. Please check your airline’s current baggage requirements before travel.

Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?

Yes. Listed dimensions include the suitcase’s wheels, handles, and exterior feet.

Lock & Security

How do I set the lock for the first time?

Your suitcase arrives with the lock set to 000.

1. Set the dials to 000.

2. Press the small reset button beside the dials using a pen tip until it clicks in.

3. Turn the dials to your preferred three-digit code.

4. Slide the release button in the direction of the arrow to confirm the code.

5. Test your new combination before travelling, then scramble the dials to lock.

I forgot my lock combination. What should I do?

For security reasons, we do not store customer-set combinations. First, make sure the dials are aligned precisely and try your saved code again. If you cannot remember it, do not force the lock. Please contact us at support@lovetourtravel.com and we will advise you on the next step.

What is a TSA lock?

The built-in TSA combination lock helps secure your suitcase while allowing authorized airport security agents to inspect it when required. The keyhole is for TSA use only and is not a customer master key.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery timing may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. Please note that we do not accept PayPal.

Returns, Repairs & Care

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100-day return and exchange window from delivery. Returned luggage must be unused, in resalable condition, and include the original tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact support@lovetourtravel.com before sending a return.

Do you offer repairs or replacement parts?

Yes. Lovetour provides lifetime repair support and complimentary replacement parts, including locks, wheels, handles, and other available components.

If your suitcase model is no longer supported and a matching replacement part is unavailable, we will provide a $30 store credit with no minimum purchase requirement.

How should I clean my suitcase?

Wipe the shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and excessive water around the lock, zipper, wheels, and handle mechanisms. Allow the suitcase to dry fully before storing it.
