1. 100-Day Trial
We want your Riseloo luggage to be your perfect travel companion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 100 days of delivery.
Condition: To ensure every customer receives a pristine product, returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns to help cover logistics and processing costs.
Exceptions: Final sale items or specifically marked non-returnable items are excluded from this policy.
Return Shipping: Please ensure the product is securely packaged for its return journey. We recommend using the original shipping box.
2. Lifetime Warranty
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Every Riseloo suitcase is covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
What is covered: Functional defects resulting from normal use, including:
Wheel system malfunctions.
Telescoping handle mechanism failures.
Lock and zipper functionality.
What is not covered:
Normal Wear and Tear: Including surface scratches, scuffs, stains, or minor dents that occur over time.
External Damage: Damage caused by airlines, third-party carriers, or external impact (such as cracks or punctures to the shell).
Misuse: Damage resulting from overloading or failure to follow product care instructions.
3. Our Special Care Commitment
We understand that accidents happen during travel—even those outside of our control.
If your suitcase shell sustains a crack or structural damage due to external impact (such as airline handling) which is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty, we want to help you get back on the road. Please contact our support team at support@riseloo.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Once verified, we will provide you with a $50 USD store credit toward the purchase of any new product on our website.
